We just got back from vacation on Saturday night- so, there hasn't been much blogging :-) I am happy to say that even though we splurged a little on food in NH- I didn't gain any weight while we were there. That's saying something! I was able to exercise, but not as much as I wanted to. It felt good to get on the scale and not feel like I went backwards and had to start over.
Now that I'm home, I really need to crack down on my training for the 10k coming up in July. Yikes. I can do this!
As promised, here is the 6 mile run I did the day before we left for our trip to NH.
